BEESWAX BIRTHDAY CANDLES

As the name suggests, it comes directly from hard-working bees, but the intricate and fascinating process of its creation is as much an art as it is a science. Beeswax is a natural substance generated and secreted by honey bees that use it to develop their honeycombs.

Beeswax has anti-allergenic and anti-viral properties and is used in the beauty industry, for pain relief, candle making etc.

Beeswax candles are known for their long, slow, clean, smoke-less burn. When you burn a beeswax candle, you can rest assured that you are not releasing any harmful chemicals into the air.

Beeswax releases a sweet honey scent as it burns, which becomes more pronounced when the candle flame is extinguished.

Sustainability is at the core of our brand ethos. Our candles are both eco-friendly and our production is all done in-house in small batches using environmentally low-impact processes.

Each candle is unique in the way it burns.

 - Before lighting your candle place it on a heat-resistant dish or candle plate wide enough to hold the melted wax.

 - Light your candle away from draught and flammable objects. Don't burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time.

 - Always remember to blow your candle out when you leave the room.

ONGOING USE:

 - When not in use, place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.

 - Before you light the candle again, we recommend that you trim the wick 2-3cm from the surface of the wax, to ensure a consistent smoke-free flame.
